Koller Machinery invests 12 million yuan to complete the intelligent transformation of the hydraulic cylinder production line, increasing production capacity by 40%

Recently, Koller Machinery successfully completed the third phase of the intelligent transformation project for its production workshop. The project lasted for 8 months, adding 6 Japanese Mazak CNC lathes, 2 German Bosch automated assembly lines, and the first domestic hydraulic cylinder dedicated testing system.

Production Manager Wang Jianjun introduced: "After the renovation, the daily production capacity of the cutting head oil cylinder has been increased from 800 to 1200 units, and product consistency has been significantly improved. Taking the DL-80 model as an example, the pressure tolerance band has been reduced from ± 5% to ± 3%." The inspection report provided by the quality department shows that the leakage rate of the new production line products decreased by 62% year-on-year in the 200 hour continuous impact test.

At present, the production line has started to provide bulk supply to customers such as Wode Agricultural Machinery and Zoomlion Heavy Machinery. In the just concluded summer harvest service season, the repair rate of combine harvesters using new production line oil cylinders decreased by 35% year-on-year, receiving praise from multiple agricultural machinery cooperatives.
